Michelin trained and a Master Craftsman of The Craft Guild of Chefs, he is skilled in many areas such as Catering, Food Science, Cooking, and Consumer Goods. Chris trained at Bolton Culinary College and his love of food means he is a member of the World Gourmet Society.
