A graduate in Biochemistry and Food Technology from the National Institute of Applied Sciences, Toulouse, France, Severine is Ingredion's Marketing Manager for Texture in Europe. She is is responsible for the development of ingredient solutions that help food manufacturers answer all market needs in relation to texture, including indulgent healthy foods. Since 2011, she has worked at Ingredion. She has held various positions in Technical Service, providing product and process development support to customers from North Africa, UK and Ireland, and specialised, among other areas, in fibre fortification, fat and sugar replacement while maintaining the same eating experience in dairy, savoury and bakery products. Severine has also worked in quality design at Danone Baby Nutrition.
